We are not currently a customer of Ross but our dealings with them as a company has been great. We recently did some work for Ross Insurance and all of the staff that we dealt with was warm and friendly. Andy was our point person and multiple people on our team commented on his warm friendly approach to all communication they had with him. From what I can tell Ross Insurance has a great team that works hard to do their job well. We will be getting our insurance evaluated by them in the near future.

Recently started working with Alex Gagnon at Ross Insurance Agency to set up a new home owners and auto policy. Alex has been very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Both Alex and Crystal were great to work with and we were able to get everything we needed finalized quickly and at a great cost. Glad to have the team at Ross Insurance Agency available to help as my local reps!

I’ve been working with this group for over 18 years. It is always been a pleasurable experience. And this year even more so, Crystal did an excellent job searching for new insurance for me and was able to save me a good amount of money. Doesn’t always happen, but I’m sure glad it did this year. Element Risk has been excellent to work with for my insurance needs. I have a sickness that requires me to sell or purchase a vehicle about every 6-24 months. My rep, Crystal Cruz has always handled every policy change, question, and request quickly and professionally. A complete joy to work with.

I have worked with Alex and Element Risk for many years and I am constantly impressed with how proactive she and her team are with reaching out and researching best coverage options. Recently, I added a new driver and Alex independently looked into plans and found an option that would save me $2000 per year. She called me to let me know and was able to take care of the switch with an additional phone call and an email. She made everything as easy as possible. I highly recommend Alex and Element Risk.

Today I moved my auto and homeowners insurance to a new carrier. I worked with Alexandra Gagnon here in Lancaster and she is a pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable agent. She presented me with insurance options that provided more coverage for a lower premium. I called her several times throughout the process as questions came up regarding the parameters of the coverage and she was patient and helpful. It was easy to sign the documents via email and pay over the phone. All things considered, it was a pleasant experience.

My current policy carrier was not offering renewal coverage in my area. I turned to Element Risk Mgmt. for assistance and quotes for both Home and Auto. I was very pleased with the service and the savings on the new policies offered. Alexandra was excellent to work with and made sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed. Highly recommend!
